In Munich, Pas Normal Studios wanted to create a flagship store that reflects the brand’s strong connection to cycling culture. The ambition was to realise a space that functions both as a retail destination and a place to gather. From Design Vision to a Built Cycling Destination
The design vision developed by OEO Studio was realised by Ambiente through the full interior execution of the flagship store in Munich. The project included the production and installation of bespoke elements such as the integrated coffee bar, display furniture, shelving systems, tables and hanging solutions. Each element was carefully crafted to balance aesthetic clarity with functionality and durability — essential qualities in a space that combines retail, café use and high daily traffic. The finished 230 m² store functions as a flagship destination, supporting both product presentation and social interaction.
Precision Execution and On-Site Implementation
In addition to producing the custom-built elements, Ambiente was responsible for full project management and on-site installation in Munich. The execution required precise coordination to ensure that every detail was realised according to plan and fitted seamlessly into the space. The interior solutions were developed to support everyday operations while maintaining a calm and coherent expression. Through careful implementation and attention to detail, the design vision was translated into a robust and well-functioning physical environment.
A Community Hub for Cycling Culture
More than a traditional retail store, Pas Normal Studios Munich is designed as a meeting point for cyclists. Visitors are invited to connect, share experiences and enjoy a coffee before or after a ride. The space supports community-driven use while clearly expressing the brand’s values of performance, precision and quality. Through craftsmanship and thoughtful interior solutions, the flagship has become a place where retail, café culture and cycling community naturally intersect.
