An Exhibition Stand Shaped by Transparency, Organic Forms and Product Focus

For EuroShop in Düsseldorf, Gökcelik needed an exhibition stand that could present the company’s extensive product portfolio within a clear and inviting framework. Ambiente realised a 372 m² exhibition stand for EuroShop, where transparency, organic forms and integrated product solutions are brought together as one cohesive concept. The result is an open and structured exhibition environment where products, materials and dialogue come together.

An Open Exhibition Stand Defined by Organic Forms and Transparency
The exhibition stand is built around curved aluminium grid structures that define the space without enclosing it. These semi-transparent elements create a light and open framework, allowing light and movement to pass freely throughout the stand while maintaining a clear spatial structure. The organic forms soften the overall expression and guide visitors naturally through the different zones. Within this framework, products are integrated directly into the structure, becoming an active part of the experience rather than separate display elements. The combination of open grid constructions and clearly defined product zones creates an environment where technical solutions are presented in a way that feels accessible and easy to understand.

A Visitor Experience Focused on Product and Dialogue
The exhibition stand is organised to support both presentation and conversation. The open layout allows visitors to move easily through the stand, while lounge areas provide settings for longer meetings and dialogue. These zones create a natural transition between inspiration and engagement, allowing visitors to explore the products at their own pace. The scale and form of the stand ensure visibility from multiple angles within EuroShop, while the transparent structure maintains a sense of openness even during periods of high activity. This creates a balance between overview and proximity, where both products and interactions are given space.

Collaboration, Production and Execution
The project was developed in close collaboration between Gökcelik and Ambiente, with a clear division of responsibilities. Gökcelik supplied all metal elements as well as selected retail components, drawing on their expertise in sheet metal processing and retail systems.

Ambiente was responsible for planning, logistics and on-site assembly of the exhibition stand at EuroShop, ensuring that all elements were coordinated and brought together as intended. The project demonstrates how close collaboration between production and realisation supports the execution of a complex exhibition stand with consistency and precision.
