New headquarters supports a strong community vision

With Ditur’s new headquarters near Aarhus, Mikkel and Kasper Dissing wanted to create a homely atmosphere where the social environment is the focus — a living corporate office with room for creative thoughts, good design and a strong sense of community.

From the entrance area, you can see the heart of the house: the double-height showroom and store, where customers are welcomed and the watches are displayed in exclusive surroundings. The raw concrete building is softened by warm, oak-clad meeting cubes and large green plants, while the watches play the main role in exclusive display cases made of black-stained oak with gold and glass. Next to the stairs, a unique piece of art can be seen at full ceiling height, designed and produced by Ambiente in steel, with explicit references to time — analogue as well as digital.

Ambiente has designed and implemented this atmospheric interior design concept, which also includes an office environment, conference rooms, staff restaurant and social spaces such as a padel court, fitness room, table tennis and large lounge areas. In the project, the focus has been on ensuring coherent space planning, a homely atmosphere with pleasant acoustics and good lighting, as well as several wow elements. The overall interior contains a large amount of bespoke equipment, developed to ensure the unique look and the desired functionality.
