New headquarters to support the overall strategy

Elon’s new DGNB-certified headquarters has been thought through to the smallest detail. Based on an already proven collaboration between the turnkey contractor, KT Erhvervsbyg, and Ambiente, we have realised an aesthetic and functional headquarters that gathers all Elcon’s competencies under one roof.

Ambiente participated from the early architectural stages to ensure a well-planned spatial programme and a smooth flow throughout the building, ensuring that everyone feels at home and that the departments have come closer together. Ambiente has also developed an interior design concept that has been implemented in the administration area on the ground floor and across the entire first floor. In our design proposal, we explored the essence of who Elcon is — an installation company with many different competencies. Inside the wires, we found a wealth of colours, textures and materials that we used for inspiration. Thus, the décor symbolises — both fundamentally and visually — who Elcon is.

We have focused on the large common room, the heart of the house. This is where colleagues meet — but also where Elcon meets many customers and partners. The concrete surfaces create a calm, raw look, which is softened by white, austere architecture, coloured tiles, and an abundance of green plants and tall trees. Throughout the décor, there are several breakout areas with cosy lounge settings where you can meet informally or withdraw for a moment. In addition, a large number of bespoke solutions and special fittings contribute to a personal, unique expression.
