A Shared Headquarters Bringing Brands and People Together
Stommen partnered with Ambiente to realise a new combined headquarters and showroom in Sweden of almost 8,000 m², bringing several of the group’s brands together under one roof. Ambiente assisted throughout the process with design, craftsmanship, production of custom-made elements and final assembly. The ambition was to create a workplace that supports cross-departmental collaboration while accommodating different working methods, needs and cultures across the organisation. The result is a flexible and inviting environment where employees can move naturally between focused work, collaboration and informal interaction, all within a setting that reflects Stommen Group’s identity and way of working.

Nature-Inspired Floors With Distinct Atmospheres
The three floors of the building are designed with inspiration drawn directly from the surrounding Swedish nature, giving each level its own distinct atmosphere. The ground floor reflects the tones and textures of the forest floor, creating a grounded and calm base. On the first floor, treetops and greenery dominate, while the second floor is characterised by lightness and bright, open skies. This thematic approach continues into the many meeting rooms, each designed with its own name and mood to support different types of tasks and meetings. Employees can choose between spaces inspired by jungle vibes, Nordic coolness, oriental atmospheres or the deep calm of the sea, allowing the physical surroundings to support both the purpose of the meeting and the desired state of mind.
