A Multifunctional Scandinavian Headquarters Where Materiality, Flow and Brand Identity Meet
Eva Solo’s new headquarters was conceived as a multifunctional environment where office, showroom and event facilities come together. Ambiente developed and realised an interior concept rooted in simplicity and functionality. The result is a flexible workplace that supports daily operations and product presentation.

A Multifunctional Environment Rooted in Brand Identity
Functionality is a core part of Eva Solo’s DNA, and this principle shaped the entire concept for the headquarters. The building serves several purposes: a professional workspace for employees, a flexible showroom for products and a setting for launches and events. Well-known Eva Solo products are highlighted as elements within the interior, appearing as art pieces in both office areas and the canteen. This approach supports storytelling in a simple and personal way, while keeping the focus on the products themselves. The atmosphere remains calm, welcoming and closely aligned with the brand.
Coherence Between New and Existing Buildings
A key ambition was to create coherence between the new building and the existing headquarters. Ambiente developed a concept that connects the two through consistent use of materials, colours and design elements. This ensures that employees experience the headquarters as one unified environment, creating a positive impression of their surroundings and strengthening the sense of continuity across the workplace.
Where Design and Functionality Meet
Aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand throughout the project. Particular attention was paid to details such as the reception desk, the asymmetrical lines in the showroom and the large lamp installation in the entrance area. The showroom is designed to be highly flexible, with movable walls, curtains and podiums that make it easy to adapt the space to new product groups and changing setups.
A Workplace Designed for Everyday Life
Across the office areas, organic shapes, elegant partitions and green plants contribute to a comfortable working environment. Curtains, rugs and upholstered furniture add warmth, while clean lines and bright colours maintain a light and inviting atmosphere. Small breakout areas with an informal feel encourage conversation, socialising and interaction with both colleagues and visitors, supporting a welcoming and practical everyday workplace.
