A Warm, Community-Centred Headquarters Shaped by Atmosphere and Everyday Life
Ditur’s new headquarters outside Aarhus is designed as a warm, community-centred environment where office, showroom and social spaces come together. Ambiente developed and realised an interior concept focused on atmosphere and everyday usability. The result is a workplace that reflects Ditur’s entrepreneurial spirit while supporting a strong sense of belonging.

A Warm and Welcoming Setting for a Modern Brand
From the outset, the ambition was to create a headquarters that felt personal, inviting and recognisably Ditur. Visitors arrive through a double-height atrium functioning as a central showroom where watches are presented clearly. Raw concrete forms the framework, softened by oak-clad meeting cubes, warm lighting and greenery. The balance between industrial elements and natural materials creates an atmosphere that feels contemporary and welcoming.
Product Presentation at the Centre
Ditur’s collections are displayed in bespoke cases made of black-stained oak, brass details and glass. Each piece is given the presence it deserves, supporting both premium storytelling and everyday retail use. Along the main staircase, Ambiente created a large artwork in steel spanning multiple levels. The piece incorporates references to time, both analogue and digital, and acts as a strong visual anchor within the building.
A Headquarters Designed for Both Work and Community
Beyond the showroom, the headquarters contains open workspaces, meeting rooms, a staff restaurant and generous social zones. Areas for movement and recreation, including a padel court, fitness room, table tennis and lounge spaces, support Ditur’s strong community culture and allow employees to recharge during the day. Warm materials, pleasant acoustics and good lighting create a comfortable daily atmosphere across different work modes.
An Entrepreneurial Journey Expressed in Space
Ditur began in 2014, when brothers Mikkel and Kasper Dissing launched a webshop from their parents’ home. After appearing on the Danish edition of Dragons’ Den in 2019, the company expanded rapidly into several markets. The new headquarters reflects this journey, combining growth with a clear identity. The result is a workplace where ambition, brand and community come together naturally.
