25syv wanted an office on Aarhus Ø that could attract young talent while expressing the company’s identity. Ambiente created a warm workspace shaped by colour, materials and atmosphere. A Workplace Designed to Attract Talent and Reflect Identity
With a central location on Aarhus Ø, 25syv wanted a workplace that could attract young, competent employees while clearly expressing the company’s identity. Ambiente was asked to design and implement an interior that combines quality, professionalism and personality — a place employees can identify with and feel proud of. The ambition was to create a working environment with room for creative thinking, humour and social togetherness, without compromising on functionality. The result is a modern office where people enjoy both working and spending time together.
Raw Structure Balanced by Colour, Materials and Atmosphere
The interior builds on the building’s raw structure, with concrete floors and visible installations forming an honest and industrial base. This is balanced by a classic colour palette dominated by deep blue shades and warm brown tones, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The colours reference the surrounding water and complement 25syv’s brand colours, tying the interior closely to both place and identity. Scandinavian design principles guide the choice of materials, while industrial room dividers, personal wall art and decorative plant ceilings add warmth and character, creating a personal yet professional expression.
Social Spaces and Everyday Energy
The office is designed with a strong focus on social interaction and everyday life. Cosy meeting rooms and informal lounge areas support both focused work and relaxed conversations, while playful elements such as the centrally placed table tennis bring energy into the workday. These shared spaces strengthen the sense of community and support different ways of working, from concentration to collaboration. By combining raw materials, colour, social zones and Scandinavian design, Ambiente has created a smart and inviting office environment that supports 25syv’s ambition to attract and retain talented employees.
