A 7,000 m² Fashion Universe Brought to Life Through Precision and Materiality

For CIFF, Bestseller sought to present its full brand portfolio in a single exhibition environment. Ambiente handled the complete realisation, from design development and custom production to logistics and on-site assembly within a tight timeframe. From Ambitious Vision to Large-Scale Reality
Bestseller’s objective was clear: to bring all their brands together in one shared stand while allowing each brand to maintain its own identity. The scale of the project required strong planning, clear responsibility and close collaboration across the entire process. Ambiente ensured that every element supported the overall expression, creating a unified stand that balanced diversity and cohesion across the full 7,000 m².

A Complex Build with Custom Solutions Across Brands
The stand included a wide range of custom-built elements, furniture, walls and scenographic features developed specifically for the project. Ambiente managed the full production process to ensure that all elements fit together and were executed as intended. Over 12 intensive days, a team of 42 craftsmen built the entire stand on site, working closely with CIFF’s technical teams to keep the project on schedule. Within the shared framework, each brand was given its own clearly defined area with tailored elements, materials and lighting that reflected its individual expression. By balancing a consistent overall design with variation in detail, Ambiente created a dynamic and engaging visitor journey.

Scale, Effort and a Standout Result at CIFF
Executing a stand of this size required extensive logistical planning and hands-on effort. During setup and takedown, the installation team collectively walked more than 8,000 km — the equivalent of travelling from Skanderborg to Johannesburg on foot — illustrating the scale of the operation. Despite the complexity, the build was carried out in a controlled and structured manner, ensuring a smooth execution throughout. The completed stand offered visitors a fluid and immersive experience across Bestseller’s full brand universe, positioning Bestseller as one of CIFF’s most memorable destinations.
