The ambition for Nellemann Leasing’s new premises was to create a complete experience for their customers, with surroundings that emphasise the exclusivity of the cars and the high level of service. In other words, luxury should be the overall feeling throughout the 2,000 m², with Aston Martin Copenhagen dominating the first floor and Nellemann Leasing itself occupying the ground floor. To achieve refined style in all aspects of the building, Ambiente was involved in the development of the floor plan for the existing industrial building in Taastrup. In the process, both the first floor and exterior porch were added, as well as office space and extra bathrooms for the company’s employees and guests. Ambiente’s contribution ensured optimal space utilisation across all of the building’s square metres.

For the project, Ambiente produced panels in dark-stained oak veneer, an art polygon in perforated steel, an illuminated exterior façade also in perforated steel, and a large merchandise wall for the lounge area in the Aston Martin showroom on the first floor. In addition, rails have been installed in the building’s showrooms, allowing spotlights to be moved around to create a flexible display that can change according to the focus and cars on display.

Sophisticated and unconventional elements create an exclusive feel
The building includes a showroom, office space, a high-tech workshop, and a first-class event and conference room, all built using exclusive materials. Every detail has been considered, which is why the interior is as precious as the cars in the showroom. For example, you’ll notice that steel elements have been chosen in a brown colour instead of the classic black to create a luxurious and warm feeling. In addition, glass has been selected in a smoky shade, and the use of natural materials such as stone and wood has been prioritised to emphasise the minimalist aesthetic. In many ways, the interior is reminiscent of the traditional “gentleman’s room”, with large, clean lines and fine materials that underscore the vision of “less is more”. The style is practical yet aesthetic — and fundamentally luxurious.
