Ambiente was tasked with designing Ege Carpets’ new headquarters, where aesthetics, functionality and material choices would form the foundation for a vibrant and inspiring work environment. Respecting the building’s iconic architecture and the company’s history, we added modern elements to create a contemporary setting where both employees and guests feel welcome every day. Our design focused on supporting employee needs through spatial variety and choice, creating the best possible environment for both focus and collaboration.
Multifunctional meeting rooms
Meeting rooms were designed with comfortable furniture, good acoustics and online meeting equipment to embrace the versatility of employees’ everyday use. In the central “forest” area, tall trees connect the two floors, creating a space for remote work and informal meetings. Coffee stations and breakout areas were designed with rounded corners and wood panelling to create a harmonious transition between different workspaces. The canteen was designed as an active meeting place that could be used throughout the day for both social and professional purposes.
In this way, Ege Carpets’ new meeting facilities allow for flexible use regardless of meeting and work needs.
