Office decor with strong DNA to attract and retain talents

When Apport Systems took the journey from “country to city”, it was partly to be able to attract young talent and partly to make the company more attractive for the current employees. Ambiente was given the task of creating a functional workplace with a clear DNA, where employees and guests would like to spend quality time.

Ambiente's design proposal for the new office interior is based on the Apport Systems company-colors and line of business; Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The references to WMS are many; from small pallets with cardboard boxes with logos and green plants hung from the ceiling to large photo wallpapers, small coffee tables in half pallets and a unique bench where industrial straps fix the dark blue cushion. In addition, evocative elements such as a power wall in birch plywood, a specially made meeting table with a long plant box and lots of green plants. In the open-plan office, the existing height adjustable frames are complemented with new tabletops, while a number of informal meeting places contribute to a cozy atmosphere where you feel like meeting colleagues and guests.
