Atmospheric headquarters with showroom and office in luxurious surroundings

The ambition for Nellemann Leasing's new premises was to create the total experience for their customers with surroundings that emphasize the exclusivity of the cars and the high level of service. In other words, luxury should be the overall feeling throughout the 2000m2, with Aston Martin Copenhagen dominating the first floor and Nellemann Leasing itself occupying the ground floor. To achieve refined style in all aspects of the building, Ambiente was involved in the development of the floor plan for the existing industrial building in Taastrup. In the process, both the first floor and exterior porch were added, as well as office space and extra bathrooms for the company's employees and guests. Ambiente's contribution ensured optimal space utilization of all the building's square meters.

For the project, Ambiente produced panels in dark-stained oak veneer, an art polygon in perforated steel, an illuminated exterior facade also in perforated steel and a large merchandise wall for the lounge area in the Aston Martin showroom on the first floor. In addition, rails have been installed in the building's showrooms where spotlights can be moved around, creating a flexible display that can change according to the focus and cars on display.

SOPHISTICATED AND UNCONVENTIONAL ELEMENTS CREATE AN EXCLUSIVE FEEL

The domicile includes a showroom, office space, a high-tech workshop and a first-class event and conference room, all built in exclusive materials. Every detail has been considered, which is why the interior is as precious as the cars in the showroom. For example, you'll notice that steel elements have been chosen in a brown color instead of the classic black to create a luxurious and warm feeling. In addition, glass is chosen in a smoky color and the use of real materials such as stone and wood is prioritized to emphasize the minimalist aesthetic. In many ways, the interior is reminiscent of the traditional 'man's room' with large, clean lines and fine materials that emphasize the vision of 'less is more'. The style is practical but aesthetic and fundamentally luxurious.
