The Process

A step by step guide

No two projects are ever exactly alike just like no two customers ever are. Whatever you need to succeed we’re here for you. We can take care of the entire project from A to Z or we can skip the design phase and build whatever you want based on your own ideas and drawings. And if all you want is for us to handle the shipping of your exhibition items you can leave that in our capable hands, too. A typical project does, however, follow a fairly strict process plan, designed to ensure a perfect result.

1. Dialogue

Nothing is more vital to a successful project than being off to a good start. Our first encounter entails a sharing of visions, initial ideas, business insights, budget and matching of expectations. And from then on, we’ll keep the dialogue going and do our very best to make you feel in the safest of hands throughout the process.

2. Design

The design phase can take many shapes and forms. Our experienced interior designers can design everything for you. They can work together with your in-house designer or preferred interior decorator or you can choose to design your own and simply leave it to us to make sure the final drawings can be realised.

3. Production

Once the design and the drawings are in place, it’s time to begin the production of your exhibition standin-store displaysretail store design or corporate office space or whatever your project requires – either in our own high-capacity workshop or at trusted partners.

4. Implementation

Our skilled craftsmen bring your project to life. Whether in Stockholm, Istanbul, Shanghai or Paris, they know the local rules and regulations and ensure a smooth process. During the build-up, we’ll be in close contact with you to let you know the status of the project.

5. Hand-over

Your satisfaction means everything to us and we never leave a site before we’ve made sure the final result meets your expectations and is in accordance with what we’ve agreed. The foreman of your project will meet up with you and go through the finished project – and handle any corrections, if need be.

6. Demolition/storage (exhibitions)

All good things come to an end and once the exhibition is over we’ll pack up all your display models and any stand elements that can be reused at your next exhibition. We’ll take care of the transportation back home - either to your address or to Ambiente’s storage hotel. Finally, we demolish the stand, making sure you won’t have to worry about a thing.

The process for your specific project may entail fewer or more steps than what is outlined here and can naturally be adapted to the nature of the project. It all depends on the complexity of the job - and of your expectations.
